Term Tech has recently signed the Armed Forces Covenant, a promise that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated with fairness and respect in their communities, economy, and society.
The aim of the Covenant is to ensure that the Armed Forces community faces no disadvantage in their engagement with business. It encourages companies to develop a relationship with members of the Armed Forces Community who work in their business or access their products or services.
Steve Parry of TermTech explained: “In signing the Armed Forces Covenant, we are acknowledging our support publicly for serving personnel or those that have served as well as their families. The service that they carry our for our country can in no way be undervalued, and being part of the Covenant helps demonstrate commitment from ourselves and all other businesses that have given their pledge.
Steve Parry of TermTech said: “Moving forward we will aim to offer added support to veterans by providing work or training opportunities within our own business as well as supporting initiatives and events via affiliated organisations.”
Members of the TermTech team recently visited The Principality Stadium where an official signing took place, Lt Col Mark Powell of The Royal Welsh signed on behalf of the MOD.
