National Apprentice Week

Page Title

Termination Technology is celebrating National Apprentice Week, this week revealing completion of yet another apprenticeship scheme leading to a full time, permanent position within the company.

Jordon Tuck first started working with TermTech as a Warehouse Operative in March 2021, moving on to complete a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship during 2022. He was recently offered, and accepted, a role in the sales office.

Jordon joins two other team members who are working at the company in various apprenticeship roles and within different parts of the business including Sam Morgan and Mica North, both Business Admin Apprentices working with the sales department and invoicing department respectively. To date, TermTech has trained a total of eight apprentices, seven of whom still work within the industry.

Steve Parry of TermTech explained: “Apprentices are a really important part of the organisation. It’s so important that we invest in the future and that’s very much what we see apprentices as. We have really strong staff retention rates here and that’s largely because of the family culture we nurture and the development opportunities we present.”

“Jordon is a great character and has quickly grown to become an important part of the team, as are our other apprentices. It’s really nice to have an occasion such as National Apprenticeship Week to celebrate their achievements and to reflect on the valuable role they play within our business.”
